Return Window

How to Return an Item

All returns are processed by mail.

  2. Our team will review your request, confirm eligibility, and provide you with the return address.
  3. Securely package your items to avoid damage during transit.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • You may use any reliable courier service with tracking. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until the refund is issued.

Restocking Fee

  • A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for each returned order.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), this fee will be waived.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival)
  • Items returned without prior authorization
