Shipping Coverage

  • We proudly offer free shipping across the United States on all orders.
  • For orders outside the U.S., please contact our team before placing your order to confirm shipping availability, cost, and estimated delivery time.

Shipping Cost

Shipping within the United States is completely free—no hidden fees or unexpected charges during checkout. You only pay for your products.

Processing & Handling Time

  • Standard processing and handling time is 1 to 2 business days after we receive your order and payment confirmation.
  • During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If there will be a delay, we’ll notify you right away.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • From the moment you place your order, the estimated delivery time is 4 to 6 business days.
  • This includes order processing, production, and shipping.
  • Once shipped, your order typically arrives within 3 to 4 business days, depending on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number or link via email so you can follow its status.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos or videos of the damage, including packaging and contents.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and evidence.

We’ll review and assist with a quick resolution. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
