Branded Luxury Box for Premium Product Presentation
A Branded Luxury Box is more than product packaging. It is the first impression your customer holds, opens, and remembers. At Custom Boxes Lab, we create premium luxury boxes that help brands present their products with confidence, elegance, and strong retail appeal. Whether you sell cosmetics, perfumes, watches, jewelry, candles, apparel, electronics, or gift items, our packaging gives your product a high-value look from the moment it arrives.
Luxury customers notice details. A plain box may protect the product, but a custom branded box builds trust, improves perceived value, and makes your product feel gift-ready. That is why we design every box around your brand style, product size, and customer experience.
Premium Materials That Match Your Brand Quality
We use materials that are suitable for high-end packaging and product safety. Rigid board is one of the most popular options for luxury boxes because it offers a firm structure, smooth finish, and premium hand feel. For lighter products, we can also use high-quality paperboard or cardboard with custom printed wraps. If your product needs extra protection, inserts can be added to hold it securely in place.
- Rigid board for premium strength and luxury presentation
- Cardboard and paperboard for lightweight branded packaging
- Foam, cardboard, or paper inserts for product holding
- Textured, matte, gloss, or soft-touch paper wraps
- Eco-conscious material options for responsible brands
Custom Styles Made for a Better Unboxing Experience
Your box style should match your product and your market. We offer multiple luxury packaging styles that help your brand look professional and memorable. Magnetic closure boxes create a smooth opening feel, two-piece rigid boxes give a classic premium look, while drawer-style boxes are ideal for accessories, cosmetics, and gift products.
Each Branded Luxury Box can be made in custom dimensions, shapes, colors, and finishes. You can add your logo, brand message, product name, pattern, or inside printing to make the box feel complete from outside to inside.
Luxury Finishes That Make Your Brand Stand Out
Finishing is where luxury packaging becomes more powerful. A simple logo can feel premium with foil stamping, embossing, debossing, or Spot UV. Matte lamination gives a clean modern look, while soft-touch coating creates a smooth and expensive feel in the hand. These details help your product look more desirable on shelves, in photos, and during unboxing.
- Gold, silver, or custom foil stamping
- Embossed or debossed logos
- Spot UV for glossy brand highlights
- Matte, gloss, or soft-touch lamination
- Full-color printing for strong brand identity

When measuring a custom box, there are a few technical specifications that must be considered to ensure proper design, manufacturing, and fit for the product. Here are the major technical things to measure a custom box:
Inside Dimensions (Critical for Product Fit)
- Length (L): The longest side of the box measured inside from one corner to the opposite corner.
- Width (W): The shorter side of the box measured inside perpendicular to the length.
- Depth/Height (D or H): Measured inside from the bottom to the top opening of the box. Always specify that dimensions are given in Length × Width × Height.
Outside Dimensions (Important for Shipping & Storage)
- Measure the outer surfaces of the box including material thickness.
- Outside measurements are used for pallet stacking, warehouse spacing, and shipping compliance.
Material Thickness (Board Caliper)
- The thickness of the packaging material (e.g., corrugated board, rigid stock, cardstock).
- Impacts both the internal usable space and external dimensions.
Flap Measurements
- For boxes with flaps (e.g., mailer or shipping boxes), measure:
- Inner flaps: Ensure they meet in the middle without overlapping too much.
- Outer flaps: Allow proper sealing without gaps.
Tolerances
- Account for manufacturing tolerances (usually ±1/16" or ±2mm depending on material).
- Ensure the product fits without being too tight or loose.
Volume Capacity
- Calculate internal cubic capacity (L × W × H).
- Helps in determining how much space the product will occupy and shipping efficiency.
Product Orientation
- Decide how the product sits inside the box and measure accordingly.
- Orientation affects whether length or width is the primary dimension.
Die-Cut Openings or Windows
- Measure exact placement, height, and width for any cutouts.
- Ensure structural integrity when adding windows.
Printing Bleed & Safe Zones
- Include measurements for:
- Bleed area: Extra space beyond the cut line for printing.
- Safe zone: Inner area where critical text or logos should be placed.
Closure Type & Locking Tabs
- Measure slots, tabs, or locks for boxes with custom closures.
- Precision is required to avoid misalignment during assembly.
Packaging Style
- Folds, creases, and scores must be measured for accurate dieline creation.
- Different styles (e.g., RSC, tuck-end, mailer, sleeve) require specific panel measurements.
