Custom Boxes Lab accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return an Item

All returns are handled by mail. To request a return, contact us at sales@customboxeslab.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide the return instructions and mailing address.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Approved returns must be sent by mail according to the return instructions provided by Custom Boxes Lab.

Restocking Fee

A flat $5.00 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for each approved return.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom products are eligible for return within the stated 30-day return window, subject to the terms of this policy.
