Custom Beverages Carrier Packaging for Smart Drink Brands
Your drinks deserve packaging that looks professional, feels strong, and makes carrying easier for every customer. At Custom Boxes Lab, we create custom Beverages Carrier packaging for brands that want more than a basic drink holder. Our carriers are built to support bottled drinks, coffee cups, juices, sodas, smoothies, energy drinks, craft beverages, and promotional drink packs with a clean branded look.
Whether you run a café, restaurant, beverage startup, takeaway service, retail shop, or event business, our beverage carrier boxes help you serve products with confidence. They keep drinks organised, reduce handling issues, and turn every takeaway order into a moving brand display.
Built Strong for Cups, Bottles, and Cans
A beverage carrier must do one job perfectly: hold drinks safely. That is why we manufacture drink carrier packaging with durable cardboard, kraft, corrugated, and paperboard options based on your product weight and usage. From light cup carriers to strong bottle carrier boxes, every structure can be adjusted for better grip, balance, and presentation.
Our carrier packaging can be made for:
- Two-cup, four-cup, and multi-cup drink carriers
- Glass bottle, plastic bottle, and can packaging
- Juice, coffee, soda, smoothie, and energy drink brands
- Takeaway, delivery, retail, and event use
- Custom beverage gift packs and promotional bundles
Custom Design That Promotes Your Brand
Plain carriers may carry drinks, but custom printed beverage carriers carry your brand message. We help you print your logo, product name, brand colours, QR codes, taglines, social handles, and promotional artwork directly on the packaging. This makes your carrier useful for handling and powerful for marketing at the same time.
You can choose from full-colour printing, minimal kraft styling, bold retail graphics, or premium finishing options. Matte, gloss, spot UV, embossing, debossing, foil stamping, and custom coatings can be added to match your brand style. If you want a natural look, kraft beverage carriers create an eco-conscious appearance. If you want a premium retail look, printed cardboard carriers give your drinks stronger shelf appeal.
Carrier Styles Made Around Your Product
Every beverage brand has different packaging needs, so we do not force one standard layout. Custom Boxes Lab can produce beverage carrier boxes with handles, die-cut dividers, window cuts, foldable structures, tray-style holders, bottle separators, and display-friendly shapes. Each carrier can be made according to your bottle height, cup diameter, can size, or pack quantity.
This custom fit helps reduce movement, improve handling, and create a better customer experience. For cafés and takeaway brands, easy-grip handles make orders more convenient. For retail beverage brands, strong dividers and premium printing help your product look more valuable on shelves.

When measuring a custom box, there are a few technical specifications that must be considered to ensure proper design, manufacturing, and fit for the product. Here are the major technical things to measure a custom box:
Inside Dimensions (Critical for Product Fit)
- Length (L): The longest side of the box measured inside from one corner to the opposite corner.
- Width (W): The shorter side of the box measured inside perpendicular to the length.
- Depth/Height (D or H): Measured inside from the bottom to the top opening of the box. Always specify that dimensions are given in Length × Width × Height.
Outside Dimensions (Important for Shipping & Storage)
- Measure the outer surfaces of the box including material thickness.
- Outside measurements are used for pallet stacking, warehouse spacing, and shipping compliance.
Material Thickness (Board Caliper)
- The thickness of the packaging material (e.g., corrugated board, rigid stock, cardstock).
- Impacts both the internal usable space and external dimensions.
Flap Measurements
- For boxes with flaps (e.g., mailer or shipping boxes), measure:
- Inner flaps: Ensure they meet in the middle without overlapping too much.
- Outer flaps: Allow proper sealing without gaps.
Tolerances
- Account for manufacturing tolerances (usually ±1/16" or ±2mm depending on material).
- Ensure the product fits without being too tight or loose.
Volume Capacity
- Calculate internal cubic capacity (L × W × H).
- Helps in determining how much space the product will occupy and shipping efficiency.
Product Orientation
- Decide how the product sits inside the box and measure accordingly.
- Orientation affects whether length or width is the primary dimension.
Die-Cut Openings or Windows
- Measure exact placement, height, and width for any cutouts.
- Ensure structural integrity when adding windows.
Printing Bleed & Safe Zones
- Include measurements for:
- Bleed area: Extra space beyond the cut line for printing.
- Safe zone: Inner area where critical text or logos should be placed.
Closure Type & Locking Tabs
- Measure slots, tabs, or locks for boxes with custom closures.
- Precision is required to avoid misalignment during assembly.
Packaging Style
- Folds, creases, and scores must be measured for accurate dieline creation.
- Different styles (e.g., RSC, tuck-end, mailer, sleeve) require specific panel measurements.
