Custom Face Mask Box for Clean, Branded, and Retail-Ready Packaging
A Custom Face Mask Box is more than a simple container. It helps your brand present masks in a clean, organised, and professional way while giving customers confidence before they buy. At Custom Boxes Lab, we create custom face mask boxes for medical suppliers, PPE brands, pharmacies, healthcare retailers, beauty brands, online stores, and wholesale distributors that want packaging made around their exact product needs.
Whether you sell disposable face masks, surgical masks, KN95-style masks, cloth masks, skincare face masks, or multi-pack mask sets, we help you build packaging that looks reliable and performs well in storage, shipping, and retail display.
Packaging Built Around Your Mask Product
Every mask product needs the right fit. Loose boxes can make the product look low-value, while tight packaging may affect presentation. That is why we make each Custom Face Mask Box according to your required dimensions, mask count, folding style, and branding goal.
- Boxes for 10, 25, 50, or 100 mask packs
- Retail-ready packaging for pharmacies and stores
- Wholesale face mask boxes for bulk supply
- Custom printed boxes for branded mask products
- Packaging for medical, personal care, and beauty mask ranges
Strong Materials for Better Product Presentation
We use packaging materials that support both protection and presentation. Cardboard and paperboard are excellent for lightweight retail face mask packaging, while kraft gives a natural and eco-conscious appearance. Corrugated material can be used when extra strength is needed for shipping, bulk handling, or wholesale orders.
Your box can be made with a professional structure such as tuck-end, straight tuck, reverse tuck, sleeve-style, display-ready, or custom die-cut packaging. Each option is selected to match your product type, budget, and brand image.
Custom Printing That Builds Trust
Face mask packaging needs to look clear, clean, and dependable. With our custom printing options, you can add your logo, brand name, mask quantity, product details, usage notes, icons, barcodes, and retail information in a polished layout. We support high-quality printing so your packaging looks sharp on shelves and professional in customer hands.
You can also enhance your Custom Face Mask Box with premium finishes such as matte coating, gloss coating, soft-touch finish, spot UV, embossing, debossing, foil stamping, and window cut-outs. These add-ons help your mask boxes stand apart from plain stock packaging and create a better buying experience.

When measuring a custom box, there are a few technical specifications that must be considered to ensure proper design, manufacturing, and fit for the product. Here are the major technical things to measure a custom box:
Inside Dimensions (Critical for Product Fit)
- Length (L): The longest side of the box measured inside from one corner to the opposite corner.
- Width (W): The shorter side of the box measured inside perpendicular to the length.
- Depth/Height (D or H): Measured inside from the bottom to the top opening of the box. Always specify that dimensions are given in Length × Width × Height.
Outside Dimensions (Important for Shipping & Storage)
- Measure the outer surfaces of the box including material thickness.
- Outside measurements are used for pallet stacking, warehouse spacing, and shipping compliance.
Material Thickness (Board Caliper)
- The thickness of the packaging material (e.g., corrugated board, rigid stock, cardstock).
- Impacts both the internal usable space and external dimensions.
Flap Measurements
- For boxes with flaps (e.g., mailer or shipping boxes), measure:
- Inner flaps: Ensure they meet in the middle without overlapping too much.
- Outer flaps: Allow proper sealing without gaps.
Tolerances
- Account for manufacturing tolerances (usually ±1/16" or ±2mm depending on material).
- Ensure the product fits without being too tight or loose.
Volume Capacity
- Calculate internal cubic capacity (L × W × H).
- Helps in determining how much space the product will occupy and shipping efficiency.
Product Orientation
- Decide how the product sits inside the box and measure accordingly.
- Orientation affects whether length or width is the primary dimension.
Die-Cut Openings or Windows
- Measure exact placement, height, and width for any cutouts.
- Ensure structural integrity when adding windows.
Printing Bleed & Safe Zones
- Include measurements for:
- Bleed area: Extra space beyond the cut line for printing.
- Safe zone: Inner area where critical text or logos should be placed.
Closure Type & Locking Tabs
- Measure slots, tabs, or locks for boxes with custom closures.
- Precision is required to avoid misalignment during assembly.
Packaging Style
- Folds, creases, and scores must be measured for accurate dieline creation.
- Different styles (e.g., RSC, tuck-end, mailer, sleeve) require specific panel measurements.
