Custom Printed Headphone Packaging That Makes Your Audio Brand Stand Out
Custom printed headphone packaging is more than a box; it is the first sales message your customer sees before touching the product. At Custom Boxes Lab, we design headphone packaging boxes that protect delicate audio products while giving your brand a clean, modern, and high-value presentation.
Headphones, earbuds, and gaming headsets need packaging that looks sharp and performs well during storage, shipping, display, and unboxing. Our custom headphone boxes are made to fit your product size, cable space, accessories, manuals, charging cases, and inserts without looking bulky or generic.
Printed Headphone Boxes With Logo for Strong Brand Recognition
Your logo, colors, product image, technical details, and brand message can turn simple packaging into a powerful selling tool. We offer custom printed headphone boxes with logo to help your audio products look more professional in retail stores, ecommerce listings, trade shows, and subscription kits.
With high-quality printing, your headphone packaging can show product features clearly while creating a premium impression. Whether your brand style is bold, minimal, luxury, tech-focused, or eco-conscious, we help you create packaging that matches your customer’s expectations.
Packaging Built for Protection and Presentation
Audio products need reliable packaging because scratches, movement, and poor presentation can reduce customer trust. Our headphone packaging boxes are created with strong materials and smart structural options to keep the product secure and attractive at the same time.
- Rigid boxes for luxury headphones and premium audio sets
- Cardboard boxes for lightweight retail packaging
- Corrugated boxes for shipping and ecommerce orders
- Kraft headphone boxes for natural and eco-friendly branding
- Custom inserts for headphones, earbuds, cables, chargers, and accessories
Every box can be tailored according to your product dimensions, branding needs, and selling platform. This helps reduce wasted space, improve product safety, and create a better unboxing experience.
Premium Finishes That Add More Value
The right finishing can make your custom printed headphone packaging feel more expensive and memorable. Custom Boxes Lab offers multiple finishing and add-on options to give your packaging a professional edge.
- Matte coating for a smooth and modern look
- Gloss coating for bright and vibrant artwork
- Spot UV to highlight logos and product names
- Foil stamping for a luxury brand effect
- Embossing and debossing for a tactile logo finish
- Window patching to show the product clearly
These details help your headphone boxes look more polished and can improve the customer’s buying confidence before the product is opened.

When measuring a custom box, there are a few technical specifications that must be considered to ensure proper design, manufacturing, and fit for the product. Here are the major technical things to measure a custom box:
Inside Dimensions (Critical for Product Fit)
- Length (L): The longest side of the box measured inside from one corner to the opposite corner.
- Width (W): The shorter side of the box measured inside perpendicular to the length.
- Depth/Height (D or H): Measured inside from the bottom to the top opening of the box. Always specify that dimensions are given in Length × Width × Height.
Outside Dimensions (Important for Shipping & Storage)
- Measure the outer surfaces of the box including material thickness.
- Outside measurements are used for pallet stacking, warehouse spacing, and shipping compliance.
Material Thickness (Board Caliper)
- The thickness of the packaging material (e.g., corrugated board, rigid stock, cardstock).
- Impacts both the internal usable space and external dimensions.
Flap Measurements
- For boxes with flaps (e.g., mailer or shipping boxes), measure:
- Inner flaps: Ensure they meet in the middle without overlapping too much.
- Outer flaps: Allow proper sealing without gaps.
Tolerances
- Account for manufacturing tolerances (usually ±1/16" or ±2mm depending on material).
- Ensure the product fits without being too tight or loose.
Volume Capacity
- Calculate internal cubic capacity (L × W × H).
- Helps in determining how much space the product will occupy and shipping efficiency.
Product Orientation
- Decide how the product sits inside the box and measure accordingly.
- Orientation affects whether length or width is the primary dimension.
Die-Cut Openings or Windows
- Measure exact placement, height, and width for any cutouts.
- Ensure structural integrity when adding windows.
Printing Bleed & Safe Zones
- Include measurements for:
- Bleed area: Extra space beyond the cut line for printing.
- Safe zone: Inner area where critical text or logos should be placed.
Closure Type & Locking Tabs
- Measure slots, tabs, or locks for boxes with custom closures.
- Precision is required to avoid misalignment during assembly.
Packaging Style
- Folds, creases, and scores must be measured for accurate dieline creation.
- Different styles (e.g., RSC, tuck-end, mailer, sleeve) require specific panel measurements.
