Custom Tissue Box for Clean, Branded Product Presentation
A Custom Tissue Box is more than a simple cover for tissues. It is a small branding space that customers see again and again in homes, hotels, offices, salons, clinics, restaurants, and retail stores. At Custom Boxes Lab, we design custom tissue packaging that gives your product a neat look, protects the tissue pack, and keeps your brand visible in everyday use.
Our boxes are made for businesses that want packaging with a professional finish, accurate sizing, and strong shelf appeal. Whether you sell facial tissues, promotional tissue packs, luxury hotel supplies, healthcare tissue products, or retail tissue boxes, we help you create packaging that feels practical, clean, and brand focused.
Made with Suitable Materials for Tissue Packaging
We use product relevant materials that support both presentation and daily handling. You can choose from cardstock, cardboard, kraft paper, or corrugated stock depending on your box style, budget, and usage. Cardstock works well for lightweight retail tissue boxes, kraft gives a natural and eco conscious look, while cardboard and corrugated options are useful when extra support is required.
- Cardstock for smooth printing and premium display
- Kraft paper for a natural and simple brand look
- Cardboard for balanced strength and clean structure
- Corrugated stock for stronger handling and bulk supply needs
Custom Printing That Keeps Your Brand Visible
Your tissue box can carry your logo, brand colors, product details, patterns, taglines, and promotional artwork. We offer custom printed tissue boxes that help your brand stay in front of customers without needing extra advertising space. A well printed box can turn a common daily use product into a smart marketing tool.
For a more polished look, you can select matte, gloss, soft touch, spot UV, foil stamping, embossing, or debossing. These finishing choices make the packaging feel more refined and suitable for premium environments such as hotels, spas, corporate offices, beauty counters, and gift sets.
Designed Around Your Size, Style, and Purpose
Every tissue product does not need the same box. That is why we offer custom sizing and structural options to fit your exact tissue count, box shape, and display requirement. You can order cube tissue boxes, rectangular tissue boxes, flat tissue boxes, sleeve style tissue covers, window cut boxes, or fully custom structures.
- Custom sizes for retail and wholesale tissue packs
- Logo printing for stronger brand recall
- Die cut openings for easy tissue dispensing
- Premium finishes for luxury product presentation
- Bulk options for offices, hotels, clinics, and restaurants

When measuring a custom box, there are a few technical specifications that must be considered to ensure proper design, manufacturing, and fit for the product. Here are the major technical things to measure a custom box:
Inside Dimensions (Critical for Product Fit)
- Length (L): The longest side of the box measured inside from one corner to the opposite corner.
- Width (W): The shorter side of the box measured inside perpendicular to the length.
- Depth/Height (D or H): Measured inside from the bottom to the top opening of the box. Always specify that dimensions are given in Length × Width × Height.
Outside Dimensions (Important for Shipping & Storage)
- Measure the outer surfaces of the box including material thickness.
- Outside measurements are used for pallet stacking, warehouse spacing, and shipping compliance.
Material Thickness (Board Caliper)
- The thickness of the packaging material (e.g., corrugated board, rigid stock, cardstock).
- Impacts both the internal usable space and external dimensions.
Flap Measurements
- For boxes with flaps (e.g., mailer or shipping boxes), measure:
- Inner flaps: Ensure they meet in the middle without overlapping too much.
- Outer flaps: Allow proper sealing without gaps.
Tolerances
- Account for manufacturing tolerances (usually ±1/16" or ±2mm depending on material).
- Ensure the product fits without being too tight or loose.
Volume Capacity
- Calculate internal cubic capacity (L × W × H).
- Helps in determining how much space the product will occupy and shipping efficiency.
Product Orientation
- Decide how the product sits inside the box and measure accordingly.
- Orientation affects whether length or width is the primary dimension.
Die-Cut Openings or Windows
- Measure exact placement, height, and width for any cutouts.
- Ensure structural integrity when adding windows.
Printing Bleed & Safe Zones
- Include measurements for:
- Bleed area: Extra space beyond the cut line for printing.
- Safe zone: Inner area where critical text or logos should be placed.
Closure Type & Locking Tabs
- Measure slots, tabs, or locks for boxes with custom closures.
- Precision is required to avoid misalignment during assembly.
Packaging Style
- Folds, creases, and scores must be measured for accurate dieline creation.
- Different styles (e.g., RSC, tuck-end, mailer, sleeve) require specific panel measurements.
