Custom Meeting Table Tent for Professional Brand Display
A Meeting Table Tent is a simple but powerful way to make your message visible during meetings, conferences, seminars, product launches, trade shows, and corporate events. Instead of handing out loose cards or placing plain signs on the table, a custom printed table tent gives your brand a clean, organized, and professional presence.
At Custom Boxes Lab, we design and print meeting table tents that help businesses display names, agendas, QR codes, product details, promotional offers, table numbers, service highlights, and brand messages with confidence. Each piece is made to stand firmly on desks, counters, reception tables, and event booths while keeping your message easy to read from both sides.
Printed Meeting Table Tents That Support Your Brand Message
Your tabletop space can do more than hold papers and drinks. With a branded meeting table tent, it becomes a direct marketing point. These compact displays help guide visitors, inform attendees, promote services, and create a polished impression without taking up too much space.
We offer full-color printing so your logo, brand colors, text, icons, and artwork appear sharp and professional. Whether you need a formal corporate look or a bold promotional design, our printing options help your table tents match your event theme and business identity.
Material Options for Meeting Table Tent Cards
Material selection matters because your table tent must look neat and stand properly. Custom Boxes Lab offers reliable stock options based on your usage, budget, and presentation needs.
- Premium cardstock for clean, professional meeting displays
- Coated paperboard for smooth printing and sharp color output
- Kraft cardstock for natural, eco-inspired brand presentation
- Thicker paper stock for better stability on busy tables
- Gloss, matte, or soft-touch finishes for a refined final look
For short-term meetings, lightweight cardstock works well. For repeated corporate use or high-value events, thicker stock with protective finishing gives a stronger and more premium feel.
Fully Customizable Meeting Table Tent Designs
Every business meeting has a different purpose, so your table tent should not look generic. We customize the size, shape, fold style, print layout, and finishing according to your exact requirement. You can add your company logo, attendee names, speaker details, event schedule, QR code, website, contact information, or promotional message.
Popular customization options include:
- Custom sizes and folding styles
- Single-sided or double-sided printing
- Logo printing and brand color matching
- QR code placement for quick digital access
- Matte, gloss, spot UV, foil stamping, or embossing
- Die-cut shapes for a more creative tabletop display
Ideal for Meetings, Events, and Business Promotions
Meeting table tents are useful for offices, hotels, training rooms, restaurants, exhibitions, healthcare counters, real estate events, product demos, and corporate receptions. They help businesses create a smooth experience for guests while keeping important information visible at eye level.
You can use them as name cards, meeting agenda cards, promotional table signs, conference table displays, service menus, pricing cards, or branded event signs. Their freestanding design makes them easy to place, move, store, and reuse when needed.

When measuring a custom box, there are a few technical specifications that must be considered to ensure proper design, manufacturing, and fit for the product. Here are the major technical things to measure a custom box:
Inside Dimensions (Critical for Product Fit)
- Length (L): The longest side of the box measured inside from one corner to the opposite corner.
- Width (W): The shorter side of the box measured inside perpendicular to the length.
- Depth/Height (D or H): Measured inside from the bottom to the top opening of the box. Always specify that dimensions are given in Length × Width × Height.
Outside Dimensions (Important for Shipping & Storage)
- Measure the outer surfaces of the box including material thickness.
- Outside measurements are used for pallet stacking, warehouse spacing, and shipping compliance.
Material Thickness (Board Caliper)
- The thickness of the packaging material (e.g., corrugated board, rigid stock, cardstock).
- Impacts both the internal usable space and external dimensions.
Flap Measurements
- For boxes with flaps (e.g., mailer or shipping boxes), measure:
- Inner flaps: Ensure they meet in the middle without overlapping too much.
- Outer flaps: Allow proper sealing without gaps.
Tolerances
- Account for manufacturing tolerances (usually ±1/16" or ±2mm depending on material).
- Ensure the product fits without being too tight or loose.
Volume Capacity
- Calculate internal cubic capacity (L × W × H).
- Helps in determining how much space the product will occupy and shipping efficiency.
Product Orientation
- Decide how the product sits inside the box and measure accordingly.
- Orientation affects whether length or width is the primary dimension.
Die-Cut Openings or Windows
- Measure exact placement, height, and width for any cutouts.
- Ensure structural integrity when adding windows.
Printing Bleed & Safe Zones
- Include measurements for:
- Bleed area: Extra space beyond the cut line for printing.
- Safe zone: Inner area where critical text or logos should be placed.
Closure Type & Locking Tabs
- Measure slots, tabs, or locks for boxes with custom closures.
- Precision is required to avoid misalignment during assembly.
Packaging Style
- Folds, creases, and scores must be measured for accurate dieline creation.
- Different styles (e.g., RSC, tuck-end, mailer, sleeve) require specific panel measurements.
