Custom Bottle Collars for Premium Bottle Branding
Custom Boxes Lab creates high-quality Bottle Collars that turn simple bottled products into eye-catching retail displays. These collars wrap or hang around the neck of your bottle, giving your brand extra space for promotions, product details, tasting notes, launch offers, QR codes, and seasonal messages. They are a smart choice for brands that want stronger shelf appeal without redesigning the full bottle label.
Make Your Bottle Stand Out on Busy Shelves
When customers compare similar bottles, small packaging details can influence the buying decision. A well-designed bottle collar gives your product a fresh, branded, and premium look at first glance. Whether you sell beverages, wine, sauces, olive oil, syrups, perfumes, skincare bottles, or promotional drink products, our custom bottle neck collars help you add value and visibility in a clean commercial way.
We design each collar to match your bottle size, neck shape, branding style, and campaign goal. From luxury finishes to simple kraft looks, every option is made to support your product presentation and customer experience.
Durable Materials for Bottle Neck Collars
We use practical and attractive materials that suit bottle collar packaging. Our most requested options include sturdy cardstock, SBS paperboard, kraft paper, coated paper stock, and premium textured paper. These materials are easy to print, cut, fold, and finish, making them ideal for custom bottle hang tags, wine bottle collars, beverage neckers, and retail bottle promotions.
- Cardstock: Best for sharp printing and strong retail presentation.
- Kraft Paper: Great for natural, organic, and eco-conscious branding.
- SBS Paperboard: Smooth surface for clean colours and premium artwork.
- Coated Stock: Ideal for glossy visuals, bold graphics, and promotional campaigns.
Custom Printing, Shapes, and Finishes
Your bottle collar should look like a natural part of your brand, not an extra piece added later. That is why we offer full customization for size, shape, hole placement, folding style, artwork, and finishing. You can choose simple round neck collars, folded bottle collars, die-cut bottle neck tags, luxury bottle neckers, or promotional collars with extra panels for more messaging.
Our printing and finishing options include CMYK printing, PMS colour matching, matte lamination, gloss lamination, soft-touch coating, foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, and custom cutouts. These features help your product look polished, gift-ready, and more valuable on the shelf.
Perfect for Promotions and Brand Storytelling
Bottle collars are more than decorative packaging. They are a direct marketing tool placed exactly where customers are already looking. Use them to promote limited-time offers, bundle deals, flavour notes, usage instructions, ingredients highlights, brand values, or scan-to-shop QR codes. They work especially well for product launches, holiday collections, retail campaigns, wedding favours, corporate gifts, and beverage promotions.

When measuring a custom box, there are a few technical specifications that must be considered to ensure proper design, manufacturing, and fit for the product. Here are the major technical things to measure a custom box:
Inside Dimensions (Critical for Product Fit)
- Length (L): The longest side of the box measured inside from one corner to the opposite corner.
- Width (W): The shorter side of the box measured inside perpendicular to the length.
- Depth/Height (D or H): Measured inside from the bottom to the top opening of the box. Always specify that dimensions are given in Length × Width × Height.
Outside Dimensions (Important for Shipping & Storage)
- Measure the outer surfaces of the box including material thickness.
- Outside measurements are used for pallet stacking, warehouse spacing, and shipping compliance.
Material Thickness (Board Caliper)
- The thickness of the packaging material (e.g., corrugated board, rigid stock, cardstock).
- Impacts both the internal usable space and external dimensions.
Flap Measurements
- For boxes with flaps (e.g., mailer or shipping boxes), measure:
- Inner flaps: Ensure they meet in the middle without overlapping too much.
- Outer flaps: Allow proper sealing without gaps.
Tolerances
- Account for manufacturing tolerances (usually ±1/16" or ±2mm depending on material).
- Ensure the product fits without being too tight or loose.
Volume Capacity
- Calculate internal cubic capacity (L × W × H).
- Helps in determining how much space the product will occupy and shipping efficiency.
Product Orientation
- Decide how the product sits inside the box and measure accordingly.
- Orientation affects whether length or width is the primary dimension.
Die-Cut Openings or Windows
- Measure exact placement, height, and width for any cutouts.
- Ensure structural integrity when adding windows.
Printing Bleed & Safe Zones
- Include measurements for:
- Bleed area: Extra space beyond the cut line for printing.
- Safe zone: Inner area where critical text or logos should be placed.
Closure Type & Locking Tabs
- Measure slots, tabs, or locks for boxes with custom closures.
- Precision is required to avoid misalignment during assembly.
Packaging Style
- Folds, creases, and scores must be measured for accurate dieline creation.
- Different styles (e.g., RSC, tuck-end, mailer, sleeve) require specific panel measurements.
