Custom Bottle Carriers for Practical and Branded Packaging
Bottle carriers are more than simple holders. They help customers carry multiple bottles with ease while giving your brand a professional retail presence. At Custom Boxes Lab, we create custom bottle carriers that combine strength, smart structure, and eye-catching presentation for beverage brands, sauce makers, oil sellers, gift shops, breweries, cafés, and retail businesses.
Every bottled product needs packaging that feels reliable in the customer’s hand. Weak packaging can damage the product experience before the bottle is even opened. Our bottle carrier packaging is designed with secure handling, balanced weight support, and attractive branding in mind, so your bottles stay organised and your product looks ready to sell.
Durable Materials That Support Your Bottles
We offer bottle carriers in sturdy cardboard, kraft, paperboard, and corrugated stock depending on the weight, bottle size, and product purpose. Lightweight bottles may work well with premium paperboard, while heavier glass bottles often need thicker cardboard or corrugated material for better support.
Our team helps you choose the right stock so your packaging does not just look good but also performs well during display, takeaway, gifting, and local delivery. Kraft bottle carriers are ideal for natural and eco-conscious branding, while printed cardboard carriers give a polished look for retail shelves and promotional packaging.
Custom Sizes, Handles, and Bottle Capacity
No two bottled products are exactly the same. That is why we offer bottle carriers in custom dimensions instead of forcing your product into a standard layout. You can order packaging for single bottles, 2-pack carriers, 4-pack carriers, 6-pack carriers, or other custom arrangements based on your product line.
- Custom die-cut handles for easy carrying
- Dividers to keep bottles separated and stable
- Window cut-outs to show labels or bottle shapes
- Custom height, width, and depth for a better fit
- Flat-packed options for easy storage and assembly
From small sauce bottles to beverage packs and gift-ready bottle sets, we shape the carrier around your product’s actual size, weight, and branding needs.
Printed Bottle Carriers That Promote Your Brand
Your carrier travels with the customer, which makes it a powerful branding tool. We print your logo, product name, flavour details, taglines, artwork, QR codes, and brand colours with clean results. A well-designed carrier can turn a simple bottle pack into a memorable product presentation.
Custom Boxes Lab also offers premium finishing options to improve the final look. You can choose matte coating for a soft modern feel, gloss coating for a bright retail shine, spot UV for highlighted details, foil stamping for a luxury touch, or embossing for a raised brand effect.
Ideal for Retail, Events, and Takeaway Sales
Our custom bottle carriers are a strong choice for beverage brands, juice bars, breweries, wineries, food brands, cosmetic oils, wellness products, and promotional gift sets. They help products look organised, make bulk purchases easier, and add value to the buying experience.
Whether you sell in stores, at markets, online, or through events, branded bottle carrier packaging gives your product a finished look that customers notice. It also helps retailers display multiple bottles neatly without losing shelf appeal.

When measuring a custom box, there are a few technical specifications that must be considered to ensure proper design, manufacturing, and fit for the product. Here are the major technical things to measure a custom box:
Inside Dimensions (Critical for Product Fit)
- Length (L): The longest side of the box measured inside from one corner to the opposite corner.
- Width (W): The shorter side of the box measured inside perpendicular to the length.
- Depth/Height (D or H): Measured inside from the bottom to the top opening of the box. Always specify that dimensions are given in Length × Width × Height.
Outside Dimensions (Important for Shipping & Storage)
- Measure the outer surfaces of the box including material thickness.
- Outside measurements are used for pallet stacking, warehouse spacing, and shipping compliance.
Material Thickness (Board Caliper)
- The thickness of the packaging material (e.g., corrugated board, rigid stock, cardstock).
- Impacts both the internal usable space and external dimensions.
Flap Measurements
- For boxes with flaps (e.g., mailer or shipping boxes), measure:
- Inner flaps: Ensure they meet in the middle without overlapping too much.
- Outer flaps: Allow proper sealing without gaps.
Tolerances
- Account for manufacturing tolerances (usually ±1/16" or ±2mm depending on material).
- Ensure the product fits without being too tight or loose.
Volume Capacity
- Calculate internal cubic capacity (L × W × H).
- Helps in determining how much space the product will occupy and shipping efficiency.
Product Orientation
- Decide how the product sits inside the box and measure accordingly.
- Orientation affects whether length or width is the primary dimension.
Die-Cut Openings or Windows
- Measure exact placement, height, and width for any cutouts.
- Ensure structural integrity when adding windows.
Printing Bleed & Safe Zones
- Include measurements for:
- Bleed area: Extra space beyond the cut line for printing.
- Safe zone: Inner area where critical text or logos should be placed.
Closure Type & Locking Tabs
- Measure slots, tabs, or locks for boxes with custom closures.
- Precision is required to avoid misalignment during assembly.
Packaging Style
- Folds, creases, and scores must be measured for accurate dieline creation.
- Different styles (e.g., RSC, tuck-end, mailer, sleeve) require specific panel measurements.
