Corrugated Electronic Box for Secure Product Packaging
A corrugated electronic box gives your devices the strength, structure, and branded appeal they need before reaching the customer. At Custom Boxes Lab, we design custom corrugated electronic boxes for gadgets, chargers, cables, headphones, gaming accessories, smart devices, circuit parts, and retail electronics. Each box is built to support safe handling, clean presentation, and dependable shipping for online and in-store sales.
Electronic products need packaging that looks professional and performs well under pressure. Our corrugated boxes help protect items from scratches, knocks, and movement during storage or transit. Whether you sell lightweight accessories or heavier electronic equipment, we customize the box size, flute type, insert style, and printing layout around your exact product needs.
Strong Materials for Electronic Packaging
We use durable corrugated board options that match the weight, fragility, and shipping purpose of your product. E-flute corrugated board works well for sleek retail packaging and small electronics. B-flute provides stronger cushioning for shipping and ecommerce orders. For heavier devices or bulk shipments, double-wall corrugated board offers extra rigidity and stacking strength.
- E-flute corrugated board for compact electronics and retail display
- B-flute corrugated board for shipping and added protection
- Double-wall corrugated board for heavier or high-value devices
- Kraft corrugated stock for a natural and eco-conscious look
- White corrugated stock for clean printing and premium branding
Custom Printed Boxes That Build Brand Value
Your packaging should protect the product and promote your brand at the same time. Custom Boxes Lab offers full-color printing, logo placement, product details, handling icons, QR codes, and branded artwork to make your electronic packaging more recognizable. You can keep the design simple and minimal or create a bold retail look with sharp graphics and premium finishing.
For a more polished appearance, you can add matte lamination, gloss coating, spot UV, foil stamping, embossing, or soft-touch finish. These options help your corrugated electronic box look more valuable while still keeping the protective benefits of corrugated packaging.
Designed for Better Fit and Safer Delivery
A loose box can make even a quality product feel poorly packed. That is why we create custom sizes instead of forcing your device into a standard box. Foam inserts, cardboard dividers, molded trays, and optional anti-static packaging support can be added for delicate components or premium electronics.
- Custom sizing for snug product placement
- Foam inserts for added cushioning
- Cardboard inserts for organized presentation
- Die-cut windows for retail visibility
- Tuck, mailer, sleeve, and shipping box styles available

When measuring a custom box, there are a few technical specifications that must be considered to ensure proper design, manufacturing, and fit for the product. Here are the major technical things to measure a custom box:
Inside Dimensions (Critical for Product Fit)
- Length (L): The longest side of the box measured inside from one corner to the opposite corner.
- Width (W): The shorter side of the box measured inside perpendicular to the length.
- Depth/Height (D or H): Measured inside from the bottom to the top opening of the box. Always specify that dimensions are given in Length × Width × Height.
Outside Dimensions (Important for Shipping & Storage)
- Measure the outer surfaces of the box including material thickness.
- Outside measurements are used for pallet stacking, warehouse spacing, and shipping compliance.
Material Thickness (Board Caliper)
- The thickness of the packaging material (e.g., corrugated board, rigid stock, cardstock).
- Impacts both the internal usable space and external dimensions.
Flap Measurements
- For boxes with flaps (e.g., mailer or shipping boxes), measure:
- Inner flaps: Ensure they meet in the middle without overlapping too much.
- Outer flaps: Allow proper sealing without gaps.
Tolerances
- Account for manufacturing tolerances (usually ±1/16" or ±2mm depending on material).
- Ensure the product fits without being too tight or loose.
Volume Capacity
- Calculate internal cubic capacity (L × W × H).
- Helps in determining how much space the product will occupy and shipping efficiency.
Product Orientation
- Decide how the product sits inside the box and measure accordingly.
- Orientation affects whether length or width is the primary dimension.
Die-Cut Openings or Windows
- Measure exact placement, height, and width for any cutouts.
- Ensure structural integrity when adding windows.
Printing Bleed & Safe Zones
- Include measurements for:
- Bleed area: Extra space beyond the cut line for printing.
- Safe zone: Inner area where critical text or logos should be placed.
Closure Type & Locking Tabs
- Measure slots, tabs, or locks for boxes with custom closures.
- Precision is required to avoid misalignment during assembly.
Packaging Style
- Folds, creases, and scores must be measured for accurate dieline creation.
- Different styles (e.g., RSC, tuck-end, mailer, sleeve) require specific panel measurements.
