Electronic Mailer Box Built for Safe Product Delivery
An Electronic Mailer Box is more than simple shipping packaging. It is the first layer of protection and the first impression your customer receives. At Custom Boxes Lab, we create electronic mailer packaging that keeps delicate devices secure while giving your brand a polished and professional look. Whether you sell chargers, cables, headphones, smart accessories, small gadgets, or tech kits, we help you pack them in a way that feels reliable from the moment the box is opened.
We Make Electronic Packaging That Feels Premium
Electronic products need packaging that looks sharp and performs well during handling, storage, and delivery. Our Electronic Mailer Box options are designed with a strong structure, neat folding style, and custom sizing to match your product dimensions. This reduces extra movement inside the box and helps protect the item from pressure, scratches, and shipping impact.
We focus on packaging that supports both protection and presentation, so your product does not feel ordinary when it reaches the customer. A clean mailer style, branded print, and smart internal layout can turn a simple delivery into a stronger brand experience.
Material Options for Electronic Mailer Boxes
We use product-relevant materials that work well for electronic items and accessories. Each material is selected according to the product weight, fragility, and shipping needs.
- Corrugated cardboard for stronger shipping protection
- Kraft stock for a natural and eco-conscious brand look
- Cardboard stock for lightweight electronic accessories
- Custom paper inserts to hold products in place
- Foam or protective inserts for delicate gadgets on request
Our team helps you choose the right stock thickness, box size, and inner support so your packaging does not just look good but also performs well in real delivery conditions.
Custom Printing That Promotes Your Tech Brand
Your electronic products deserve packaging that carries your identity clearly. We offer custom printing options to display your logo, product details, brand colours, usage message, QR code, and promotional text. A well-designed mailer box helps customers remember your brand and makes your product look more trustworthy before they even touch the item inside.
For a more refined finish, we can add matte coating, gloss coating, spot UV, foil stamping, embossing, debossing, or soft-touch lamination. These finishing options are ideal for premium electronics, gift-ready tech products, influencer kits, and subscription-style gadget packaging.
Why Choose Our Electronic Mailer Box?
- Custom sizes for small and medium electronic products
- Strong structure for safe shipping and storage
- Brand-focused printing for a professional retail look
- Insert options to reduce product movement
- Premium finishes for better shelf and unboxing appeal
- Bulk order support for growing electronic brands

When measuring a custom box, there are a few technical specifications that must be considered to ensure proper design, manufacturing, and fit for the product. Here are the major technical things to measure a custom box:
Inside Dimensions (Critical for Product Fit)
- Length (L): The longest side of the box measured inside from one corner to the opposite corner.
- Width (W): The shorter side of the box measured inside perpendicular to the length.
- Depth/Height (D or H): Measured inside from the bottom to the top opening of the box. Always specify that dimensions are given in Length × Width × Height.
Outside Dimensions (Important for Shipping & Storage)
- Measure the outer surfaces of the box including material thickness.
- Outside measurements are used for pallet stacking, warehouse spacing, and shipping compliance.
Material Thickness (Board Caliper)
- The thickness of the packaging material (e.g., corrugated board, rigid stock, cardstock).
- Impacts both the internal usable space and external dimensions.
Flap Measurements
- For boxes with flaps (e.g., mailer or shipping boxes), measure:
- Inner flaps: Ensure they meet in the middle without overlapping too much.
- Outer flaps: Allow proper sealing without gaps.
Tolerances
- Account for manufacturing tolerances (usually ±1/16" or ±2mm depending on material).
- Ensure the product fits without being too tight or loose.
Volume Capacity
- Calculate internal cubic capacity (L × W × H).
- Helps in determining how much space the product will occupy and shipping efficiency.
Product Orientation
- Decide how the product sits inside the box and measure accordingly.
- Orientation affects whether length or width is the primary dimension.
Die-Cut Openings or Windows
- Measure exact placement, height, and width for any cutouts.
- Ensure structural integrity when adding windows.
Printing Bleed & Safe Zones
- Include measurements for:
- Bleed area: Extra space beyond the cut line for printing.
- Safe zone: Inner area where critical text or logos should be placed.
Closure Type & Locking Tabs
- Measure slots, tabs, or locks for boxes with custom closures.
- Precision is required to avoid misalignment during assembly.
Packaging Style
- Folds, creases, and scores must be measured for accurate dieline creation.
- Different styles (e.g., RSC, tuck-end, mailer, sleeve) require specific panel measurements.
